I understand that Hotels and Public Houses like to have Tradesmen well out of the way before the public make an entrance. I endeavour to book a time that is convenient to you and your customers and will, if necessary, visit early morning to fit in with your opening hours. I offer flexibility and understanding and minimum noise when residents are sleeping. Payment on completion or by invoice if required.

I carry out regular work in this area, arranging with agencies to pick up keys if the property is empty or deal direct with the tenant on their behalf. Payment on completion or by invoice if required.
